By using the app Sneeki, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth. We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time, without notice. By continuing to use the app, you agree to any changes made.

General Terms

  1. All users must be 17 years or older to use this service.
  2. You may not use Sneeki for any illegal purpose.
  3. You must not bully, harass, threaten, or abuse anyone while using this service.

Content Terms

  1. The content you submit through Sneeki will be viewable by others.
  2. You are responsible for the content you upload.
  3. Content submitted can be used to promote Sneeki.
  4. The content you submit must not be violent.
  5. The content you submit must not have nudity of any kind.
  6. The content you submit must not be offensive.
  7. You must not upload content that you do not have permission to.

If you violate any of the terms and conditions, your account will be banned temporarily. Repeat offenses will result in a permanent termination of your account.

We reserve the right to ban any account and remove any content without notice.

We reserve the right to release information on any content you have posted in the past and future.

This EULA is concluded between Sneeki and you, the end-user. Apple is not part of this agreement. We are solely responsible for the app.

The end-user is allowed to use this app only for iPhone or iPod touch devices that the end-user owns or controls, and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

The following terms pertain if you have Sneeki on an Apple device:

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support wih respect to Sneeki.

In the event of any failure by Sneeki, to conform to any applicable warranty, the end-user may notify Apple for a refund for the purchase price of Sneeki. Apple has no further responsibility.

In the event of any claimed intellectual property infringement, we are liable for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringment clam.

Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of the EULA. Upon the end-user’s acceptance of the EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce the EULA against the end-user as a third party beneficiary.
